Infinity Mining Limited has announced that Josephus Antonio Groot ceased to be a director of the company as of August 30, 2024. Prior to his departure, Groot held significant interests in the company, including over 8.7 million ordinary shares and substantial options expiring in September 2024. The company disclosed Groot’s final director’s interest notice to the ASX, detailing his associated entities’ holdings as well.
