Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited has announced the resignation of Tan Sri Datuk Tan as non-executive director and chairman of the board, with Dato’ Seri Chan Kong Yew stepping up to fill the role. This leadership transition, effective December 19, 2024, also sees Dato’ Seri Chan taking on the responsibilities of chairman of the nomination committee, despite the deviation from the Corporate Governance Code.
