Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited has decided not to exercise its option over the gold-silver-copper projects owned by Dart Mining Limited, despite acknowledging their attractive geological potential. Instead, Infinity will focus on its Cobungra gold-silver project in Victoria and explore other strategic opportunities. As a result, the company will withdraw certain resolutions related to the Dart option from its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, without affecting the validity of other proxy votes.
