Infinitum Copper’s New Funding for Mining Operations

Infinitum Copper Corp (TSE:INFI) has released an update.

Infinitum Copper Corp. is launching a private placement to raise C$450,000 by issuing 22.5 million units at C$0.02 each, consisting of a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds will fund the initiation of mining operations at the La Adelita project and for general corporate uses. The offering, aimed at accredited investors, is scheduled to close by March 31, 2024, pending necessary approvals.
