Infinitum Copper Corp successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $450,000 through the sale of over 11 million units at $0.04 each, including common shares and warrants. The funds will accelerate operations at the La Adelita project, enabling construction to access high-grade mineralization, which has already attracted interest from several groups for potential purchase. The transaction, which involved insider subscriptions, complied with TSX-V regulations and did not require finder’s fees.
