Infinitum Copper Revises Private Placement Terms

Infinitum Copper Corp (TSE:INFI) has released an update.

Infinitum Copper Corp. has updated the terms of its C$450,000 private placement, now offering units with a 36-month warrant period, up from the previously stated 24 months. Funds raised will be directed towards establishing mining operations at the La Adelita project and for general corporate purposes, excluding Investor Relations and payments to related parties. The company, led by CEO Matt Hudson, is optimistic about the revenue and insights to be gained from the La Adelita mine.
