Infinitum Copper Corp. has completed a share consolidation, effectively halving its total common shares to about 37.28 million, a move designed to enhance market competitiveness and appeal to a broader investor base. The consolidation has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange and will see the common shares trade under the same ticker symbol ‘INFI’. In tandem, the company is adjusting the terms of its private placement to align with the post-consolidation share structure.
