Infinitum Copper Corp. has announced an amended private placement to raise C$450,000, issuing 11.25 million units at C$0.04 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for establishing mining operations at the La Adelita project in Mexico, with an expected closing date of May 31, 2024. This strategic move aims to initiate a revenue stream and gather insights into the mineralized body without paying finder’s fees or using funds for investor relations.
