Infinito Gold Ltd. has halted its quest to annul a part of an ICSID Tribunal’s arbitration award, due to the inability to proceed with the financial demands of the process. The original award did not grant Infinito damages against Costa Rica, despite finding that Costa Rica violated a bilateral investment treaty. The company is now focusing on renegotiating its Joint Venture Earn-In Acquisition Agreement with Optimus Gold Corp.
