Infinico Metals Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise $1.4 million through the sale of various unit types, with proceeds aimed at funding Canadian exploration expenses and general corporate purposes. The placement includes hard dollar units, flow-through units, and charity flow-through units, each with share purchase warrants exercisable over 24 months. The offering is set for a close on May 30, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
