Infini Resources Director Bolsters Shareholding

In a recent transaction, David Pevcic, a director of Infini Resources Limited, increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring an additional 65,000 ordinary shares at a value of $51,025. This purchase brings Pevcic’s total holdings to 4,668,100 ordinary fully paid shares, along with 2,000,000 unlisted options. The company reported that this activity did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
