INES Corporation has announced a leadership reshuffle, with Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer Susumu Tsukahara set to retire as Representative Director at the conclusion of the 64th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 23, 2026, upon expiration of his term. President and Representative Director Shuji Hattori will be reappointed, while existing outside directors Kanako Murakami, Nobuyuki Sato, Takashi Morisaki, Shigeto Ozawa, and Sachiko Tsutsui are slated for reappointment, signaling continuity in governance.
