Industrial Minerals Ltd has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise $500,000 by offering shares at $0.20 each to existing shareholders, following a successful placement of 9.5 million shares with institutional investors. Eligible shareholders can invest up to $30,000 without brokerage fees, with the option to acquire additional shares depending on demand and potential scale-back decisions. The funds raised will be channeled into drilling programs, metallurgical testwork, product marketing, and general working capital.
