Industrial Minerals Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Ashley Pattison, with a noticeable transaction involving the expiry of 2,250,000 options and the acquisition of 100,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at an average price of 16.7c per share. These changes, which occurred through on-market trades and the natural expiry of options, have resulted in a new indirect holding of 4,690,000 shares for the director.
