Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. announced major board restructuring effective May 1, 2024, following the retirement of two directors. The reshuffle includes the appointment of three new Independent Directors – Mr. Philip Yeo Liat Kok, Mr. David Sungkoro, and Mr. Andreas Tan, with significant roles in Board Committees. The changes aim to strengthen the company’s governance and oversight with a fresh composition of the Board and Audit and Risk Management Committee.
