At the recent Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, Inditex approved its fiscal year 2023 Annual Accounts and Management Report, along with the consolidated group’s report. Additionally, the company agreed on a distribution of dividends totaling €4.8 billion, which includes an ordinary dividend of €1.04 per share and an extraordinary dividend of €0.50 per share, with a complementary dividend payment scheduled for November 4, 2024.
