Indiana Resources Director Increases Shareholding

Indiana Resources Limited (AU:IDA) has released an update.

Indiana Resources Limited has announced a change in the interests of director Maja McGuire, who acquired 6,666 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.07 each as part of the company’s entitlement offer. Following the acquisition, McGuire’s total holdings have increased to 206,666 ordinary shares, maintaining her indirect interest in 2,000,000 unlisted options for both December 2025 and 2026.
