Income & Growth VCT plc has successfully closed its recent share offer, issuing 22,939,334 new ordinary shares and raising gross funds of £45 million. These shares, issued at prices between 71.13 and 74.57 pence, will commence trading on or around 1 November 2024. The company’s total share capital now stands at 330,684,390, marking a significant boost in its equity and voting rights.
