Incitec Pivot Limited has announced the issuance of 286,225 unquoted equity securities in the form of options expiring on 30th November 2030, with an exercise price of $2.8512 each, as part of an employee incentive scheme. These options are not intended to be quoted on the ASX, and the issue date is set for 30th August 2024.
