Inchcape PLC has announced the repurchase of 171,898 of its ordinary shares on September 11, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024. The company bought the shares at prices ranging from 814.00p to 833.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 823.39p. Following the transaction, Inchcape intends to cancel the acquired shares, reducing the total number of shares in circulation to 408,169,831.
