Inchcape PLC has repurchased 187,305 of its own shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, executed through Jefferies International Limited. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 749.00p to 762.50p and will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 400,338,977. Since the program’s inception in August 2024, Inchcape has invested over £100 million to buy back more than 12 million shares.
