Inchcape PLC has actively pursued its share buyback program, purchasing 168,006 ordinary shares on September 18, 2024, with plans to cancel them, thereby reducing the total shares in circulation. Since the program’s inception on August 1, 2024, the company has bought back 5,687,972 shares at a total cost of over £47 million. This move is part of Inchcape’s strategic efforts to optimize shareholder value.
