Inchcape PLC has executed a significant share buyback, purchasing 197,558 of its ordinary shares on November 4, 2024, as part of a broader buyback initiative announced earlier this year. The shares were acquired at an average price of 738.58p and will be canceled, reducing the company’s total shares in issue to 401,100,653. Since August, the company has repurchased over 11.9 million shares, investing more than £93 million in its buyback program.
