Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.
Inchcape PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 169,746 of its own shares on September 13, 2024, with plans to cancel them to reduce its share capital. The transactions carried out ranged in price from 819.50p to 830.50p per share, resulting in a volume weighted average price of 824.51p. Since the start of the program on August 1, 2024, Inchcape has acquired over 5 million shares, spending nearly £43 million.
