Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.
Inchcape plc has actively executed its share buyback program, purchasing 158,102 ordinary shares on September 2, 2024, with plans to cancel the acquired shares. Since the program’s initiation on August 1, 2024, the company has bought 3,663,201 shares for £30.3 million, subsequently reducing the total shares in issue to 409,343,931. The share buyback is part of a strategy to enhance shareholder value, with the shares being bought at a volume weighted average price of 847.69p.
