Inchcape plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 163,473 of its own shares on September 6, 2024, with the intent to cancel them, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 408,682,090. Since the beginning of the program on August 1, 2024, the company has bought back shares worth over £35 million. The buyback took place across several trading venues with Jefferies International Limited facilitating the transactions.
