Inchcape plc has announced the buyback of 169,493 of its shares on September 10, 2024, with the intention to cancel them, as part of a share buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024. The company has spent a total of £38,666,951.78 to repurchase 4,665,403 shares since the start of the program. Following the cancellation of the recently purchased shares, Inchcape’s total shares in issue will be 408,341,729.
