Inchcape plc has announced the buyback of 167,113 of its ordinary shares on September 17, 2024, through Jefferies International Limited, with the intention to cancel the shares, as a part of its ongoing share buyback programme initiated on August 1, 2024. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue will be 407,487,166. Since the start of the programme, the company has acquired 5,519,966 shares at a cost of approximately £45.7 million.
