Inchcape Advances Stock Buyback, Cancels Shares

Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.

Inchcape plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 169,746 ordinary shares on September 13, 2024, intending to cancel them to reduce share count, as part of an ongoing buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024. Since the program’s start, Inchcape has acquired over 5 million shares for nearly £43 million. The transactions were facilitated by Jefferies International Limited across multiple trading venues, with the share prices ranging from 819.50p to 830.50p.
