Inchcape plc has announced the buyback of 149,308 of its ordinary shares on August 27, 2024, with plans to cancel the acquired shares. This move is part of the company’s share buyback programme initiated earlier in the month, and since its start, Inchcape has bought back over 3 million shares, investing over £25 million. Post-cancellation, the company’s total shares in issue will stand at 409,963,117.
