Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.
Inchcape plc has recently advanced its share buyback programme, purchasing 174,065 ordinary shares with the intention to cancel them, thus reducing the total number of shares in issue to 407,995,766. Since the commencement of the programme on August 1, 2024, the company has acquired 5,011,366 shares at a total cost of over £41 million. This move is part of Inchcape’s ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value.
