Inchcape plc has announced the purchase of 166,160 of its own ordinary shares on September 4, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024. The company has stated its intention to cancel the acquired shares and, following the cancellation, the total number of shares in issue will be 409,011,723. Since the start of the program, Inchcape has bought back shares worth over £33 million.
