Inari Medical Announces CFO Transition and Executive Compensation

Inari Medical (NARI) has provided an announcement.

Inari Medical, Inc. announces the retirement of CFO Mitch Hill, effective October 1, 2024, after five years of service. He will assist in a non-executive role until January 2025. Succeeding him is Kevin Strange, previously the Senior Vice President of Finance, who brings a wealth of experience from the medical devices sector and a strong background in finance and strategy. Mr. Strange’s compensation package includes a $480,000 base salary, potential bonuses, equity awards, and a relocation package. The company has communicated these executive changes through a press release.
