In Construction Holdings Limited has announced its annual general meeting to be held on September 6, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will review and adopt the company’s audited financial statements and director reports for the year ended March 31, 2024. Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of KPMG as auditors, the re-election of executive and non-executive Directors, and the authorization for the Board to issue and allot shares up to 20% of the current total share count, as well as approve the repurchase of up to 10% of company shares.
