In Construction Holdings Ltd has announced that their upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 6, 2024, may be postponed to September 20, 2024, if extreme weather conditions occur in Hong Kong. Shareholders are advised that the original book closure period will remain in effect, and previously submitted proxy forms will still be valid for the rescheduled date. The venue for the AGM will be unchanged, and all resolutions from the original notice will be proposed at the rescheduled meeting.
