Impro Precision Industries Limited announces a shake-up in its board with the resignation of Mr. Yu Kwok Kuen Harry and the appointment of Mrs. Cindy Chow Lok Mei Ki as the new independent non-executive director. Mrs. Chow, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance and management, will also chair the audit committee and join the remuneration committee starting December 31, 2024.
