Impro Precision Industries Limited announced that all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, election and remuneration of Directors, and the re-appointment of the Auditor, were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders during their Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2024. The company also received approval for the amended and restated articles of association, with each resolution receiving a favorable vote of over 50%, and the special resolution garnering more than 75% approval.
