Impianti Revises 2026 Financial Calendar and Confirms Key Reporting Dates

Impianti S.P.A ( (IT:MPT) ) just unveiled an update.

Impianti S.p.A. has postponed the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve its 2025 statutory financial statements from 13 March to 20 March 2026, updating its 2026 financial calendar accordingly. The revision clarifies the timing for key corporate milestones, including KPI disclosures, shareholder approval of the 2025 accounts and the half-year report, giving investors and stakeholders greater visibility on the company’s reporting schedule.

Throughout 2026, the company will release KPI data on order backlog and revenues for the full year 2025 and for each quarter, while also holding an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 23 April to approve the 2025 financial statements. A Board meeting on 24 September will review the half-year financial report, which will be subject to a limited audit review, reinforcing transparency and providing the market with structured updates on operational and financial performance.
