Impianti S.p.A. has completed the third and final exercise period of its 2022–2025 warrants, with only 375 warrants exercised, leading to the issuance of an equal number of new ordinary shares at €1.60 each. The remaining 2,332,500 unexercised warrants have lapsed and are now invalid, effectively closing this warrant program and slightly increasing the company’s share capital, while removing a potential source of future dilution for existing shareholders; the updated by-laws reflecting these changes will be published on the company’s and Borsa Italiana’s websites in line with regulatory requirements.
