Imperium Crown Limited, currently under creditors’ voluntary liquidation, held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 17, 2025, in Singapore. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wee Phui Gam, the Lead Independent and Non-Executive Director. During the EGM, it was noted that no questions were received from shareholders by the cut-off date, though inquiries from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) were addressed in a prior announcement.
