Imperial Pacific Director Increases Shareholding

Imperial Pacific Limited (AU:IPC) has released an update.

Imperial Pacific Limited has disclosed a change in the direct interest of Director Mr. Peter E J Murray, according to a recent notice submitted to the ASX. Murray’s dealings involved market purchases of 13,000 ordinary shares at prices of $1.30 and $1.40 per share, resulting in an increase in his holdings to 2,787,101 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written permission.
