Impax Asset Management Group plc, a specialist asset manager, has announced a new investment advisory agreement through its subsidiary, Impax Asset Management Ireland Limited, with BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe. This agreement, enhancing their ongoing international distribution partnership, involves IAMI advising on three investment funds, with compensation based on a percentage of the assets under management. The independent directors of the company, advised by Peel Hunt LLP, deem the transaction’s terms fair and reasonable to shareholders.
