Impax Asset Management ( (GB:IPX) ) has issued an announcement.
Impax Asset Management reported that assets under management fell 8.0% in its second quarter to £22.3 billion as of 31 March 2026, reflecting net outflows of £2.0 billion, mainly from a small number of institutional investors. Despite recent market turbulence, the firm said 63.4% of its assets outperformed in the period, while wholesale outflows eased and flows via its largest distribution partner showed an improving trend.
The company warned that an ongoing exit tender at Impax Environmental Markets plc is expected to result in the loss of most of the assets it manages for that investment trust, though it plans to retain some by offering switches into an equivalent UCITS fund. Following recent outflows and external uncertainties, Impax now expects full-year revenue of £109 million to £113 million and is taking additional steps to improve operating efficiency, while maintaining confidence in long-term demand for sustainable investments, particularly in energy security-related areas.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:IPX) stock is a Hold with a £134.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Impax Asset Management stock, see the GB:IPX Stock Forecast page.
