IMPACT Silver Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement financing aimed at raising C$6.2 million to fund exploration and development of its high-grade zinc-lead-silver property in Mexico and improve operations at its silver assets. Investors will be offered units consisting of common shares and warrants, with the proceeds intended to expand mineral resources and enhance production as metal prices soar. The offering, which is not subject to the usual hold period in Canada, is expected to close by mid-May 2024.
