IMPACT Silver Corp. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement financing from C$6.2 million to C$8.2 million due to strong investor demand. The deal now includes more units at a higher price, with the additional funds aimed at supporting the company’s mining projects in Mexico. The offer, which is set to close in late May 2024, also includes warrants allowing investors to buy more shares at a set price within 24 months.
