IMPACT Silver Corp. has successfully closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of C$1,958,986.64. This financing round included the issuance of LIFE units and standard units, both comprising common shares and warrants, with a portion of the offering exempt from hold periods under Canadian securities laws. The company, a producer-explorer with two mining projects in Mexico, has been in operation for 18 years, producing over 12 million ounces of silver.
