Impact Analytics Inc., a software development firm focusing on AI and cloud services, has successfully secured a CAD$5.35 million convertible note financing from an institutional investor. The financing, which is structured in multiple tranches and includes a commitment fee, will support general corporate activities and the costs for a potential U.S. listing. The convertible notes are unsecured, interest-free, and come with a one-year maturity and additional warrants for the investor.
