ImmuPharma shareholders have approved two resolutions at a general meeting, authorising directors to allot new equity securities in support of a previously announced fundraising and retail offer. Following the vote, the board allotted a total of 121,187,447 new ordinary shares, which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 April 2026.

On admission of the new shares, ImmuPharma’s issued share capital will rise to 623,911,379 ordinary shares, all carrying one voting right and ranking pari passu with existing stock.
