ImmuPharma PLC, a specialist biopharmaceutical company, has announced the granting of share options to two of its directors. Lisa Baderoon received 3 million share options, while Laurence Reilly was granted 2 million, both with an exercise price of 2.24 pence per share. These options are valid for 10 years and will vest after three years from the issue date.
