Immunotech Biopharm Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr Yang Ning as CFO and company secretary effective from July 26, 2024, citing his other business commitments, with no disagreements reported with the Board. Additionally, Mr Chen Ran and Ms Leung Shui Bing have been appointed as joint company secretaries, with Mr Chen also taking on the role of Authorized Representative. Despite Mr Chen lacking certain formal qualifications, his extensive experience and familiarity with the company’s governance have led to a waiver from strict compliance with certain listing rules.
